About me...
I have been working in Aviation for 32 years. Starting with fixed wing aircraft in Taranaki (Paul Muller Aircraft) with a move to Gisborne in 1996, becoming involved in Rotary Ops. I married a local Gisborne boy in 2001 and have 2 children who are now young adults. I kind of fell into the Health & Safety side of things as no one else seemed to want to do it. I found it challenging initially and then as I gained more knowledge, it became extremely rewarding. Now I want to share that knowledge with others. After all, we all want our staff to be happy and safe in their work.

I started my business in 2021 working in the Aviation Industry but then I took on a Safety Advisor role for Eastland Network in 2022. This was an interesting new industry to learn, becoming familiar with the many risks involved in providing electricity to the Gisborne Region.

​In 2023 I become involved with Inline Group / Arborcare Tree Co. Yet another industry that was foreign to me.
Initally, I was carrying out independent site safety audits, but this has led to managing the many SWMS and SOPs required to carry out such a variety of work. Road corridor maintenance, linemarking, vegetation control, arboricultural and civil works. Inline Group is ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 approved. I have extended my knowledge to be able to ensure that these standards continue to be met.
